Stop calling venues to check availability.

For agencies

Start with the venues that can actually take the event.

Instead of contacting 30 venues to discover that 22 are unavailable, search once — by date, timing, guest numbers and area — then contact the venues that are free. Flexible dates? Search every Thursday in June and see venue and date side by side.

1. 1Enter the brief: event, guests, date, timing, area.
2. 2See available spaces, with when each venue last confirmed.
3. 3Contact venues directly — or send your brief to the ones you choose.

For venues

Answer the availability question once.

Instead of answering the same availability question repeatedly, update your availability once and let agencies check it themselves. Two months of Thursdays and Fridays takes one bulk update.

1. 1Add your spaces and capacities in a few minutes.
2. 2Bulk update lunchtime, evening or all-day availability.
3. 3Confirm it's still correct with one click each week.

Other venues never see your availability. Agencies' searches stay private too.
